Terms

The terms for daily chauffeured ground coverage booked with JetSet Mountain FBO Ground Transportation at Aspen (ASE), Eagle (EGE) and Rifle (RIL).

The service

JetSet Mountain FBO Ground Transportation is a trade name of Cameron James, a motor carrier holding Colorado PUC luxury limousine permit LL-03704 (USDOT 4326276). Cameron James provides every trip booked through this website and is the party to these terms and to your booking. The JetSet name, this website and its booking technology are owned by Cameron James Group LLC and used by Cameron James under license.

You reserve a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur by the day. We meet the aircraft planeside at the FBO you choose and stand by for your plans on the ground: transfers, standby, local moves, dinners and day trips.

A reserved day

  • Each reserved day covers up to 10 hours of service for each vehicle, within that day.
  • Your reservation runs from the arrival date to the departure date. Each date is a full reserved day, including the departure day.
  • You can set different vehicles for different days when you book.
  • Online bookings need at least 4 hours' notice before the first pickup. For anything sooner, call or text 970-742-0200.

Prices and payment

  • Day rates are per vehicle and vary by date. The rate for each day is shown before you book and is locked when you book.
  • A 20% chauffeur gratuity is added at checkout.
  • Overtime: service beyond 10 hours on any day is charged for each started hour, per vehicle: Stormrider SUV $225, Stormrider Van $295.
  • Standby car at a backup airport (optional, arrival and departure days): a second vehicle waits at the backup FBO you choose for that whole day, billed at that vehicle's day rate for the date.
  • Your card is charged in full through Square when you book. If you send your plan as a brief instead, you pay once a coordinator confirms it.

Changes and cancellation

Free changes and cancellation up to 48 hours before the reservation starts. Inside 48 hours the first day is held. Diversions and delays never cost you.

You can change the vehicles for any day with 24 hours' notice, at no charge.

Diversions and delays

If the aircraft diverts between Aspen, Eagle and Rifle, your vehicle repositions to meet it at no extra charge. How soon we can be there depends on when the diversion reaches us; a standby car at the backup airport removes the wait.

Aircraft delays never cost you: waiting for a late or diverted aircraft is not counted as overtime.

On the road

  • Your chauffeur decides when road and weather conditions are safe to drive. Mountain roads close, and some delays are outside our control.
  • Every passenger must wear a seat belt. Tell us about child seats when you book.
  • Each vehicle carries no more passengers than it is built for: up to 5 in the Stormrider SUV and up to 10 in the Stormrider Van.
  • No smoking or vaping in our vehicles. We may refuse or end a ride that is unsafe.

Our responsibility

We are not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by weather, road closures, air traffic, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Left something in a vehicle? Call us and we will help you get it back.

Text messages

Trip texts are part of the service: confirmations, chauffeur details, timing and flight changes, and day-of updates. Message frequency varies with your trip. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy page for how we handle your number.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If we change them, the version on this page when you book applies to that booking.
