What we collect

When you plan or book a trip we collect what you give us:

• Your name, mobile number and email.
• Trip details: dates, FBO, arrival and departure windows, tail number, the operator or crew contact, the lead passenger, where you are staying, party size, luggage and any notes.
• Payment details, which go straight to our payment processor, Square. We never see or store your full card number.

If you paste or drop an itinerary into the planner, its text is sent through our automation service (Make) to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) only to lay out your days in the form. We do not keep that text.

When you type a hotel or address, Google Maps suggests matching places, so what you type is sent to Google.

We record how you use the booking form and how you arrived: pages viewed, the steps you reach, device type, a session ID, and any ad click ID or campaign tags in the link you followed.

The site uses Google Ads to measure which ads lead to bookings. Google may set cookies to do this. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

How we use it

• To run your reservation: dispatch, your chauffeur and coordinator, and following the aircraft.
• To reach the aircraft operator, crew or FBO when that is needed for your pickup.
• To send you texts and emails about your trip.
• To take payment, issue receipts and statements, and answer questions.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Text messages

We coordinate every trip by text, so agreeing to trip texts is required to book online. Prefer not to? Call or text 970-742-0200 and we will book it with you.

• What we send: booking confirmations, chauffeur details, timing and flight changes, and day-of updates. These are transactional messages about your reservation only. We do not use this consent for marketing.
• How often: it depends on your trip, usually a few messages per reservation day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 970-742-0200.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed to provide the service:

• Your chauffeur and coordinator.
• The aircraft operator, crew or FBO, when your pickup depends on them.
• Service providers who work for us: payments (Square), text messaging (Twilio), automation (Make), records (Airtable), scheduling (Google Calendar), maps (Google Maps), advertising measurement (Google Ads), itinerary reading (Anthropic) and website hosting (Framer). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Other PUC-authorized carriers, when one of them performs your trip: the details they need to run it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service, for accounting and tax, and to meet legal requirements. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@jetsetaspen.com and we will take care of it. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Cameron James provides every trip booked through this website and is the party to these terms and to your booking. The JetSet name, this website and its booking technology are owned by Cameron James Group LLC and used by Cameron James under license.
