Which airports and FBOs do you cover?

All three mountain fields, equally: Aspen-Pitkin County (KASE, Atlantic Aviation), Eagle County (KEGE, Signature Flight Support and the NetJets terminal) and Rifle-Garfield County (KRIL, Atlantic Aviation).

The chauffeur is planeside at whichever one you use — ten minutes early, ten feet from airstair to vehicle — and covers Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards from any of them.

Which field to file for

Aspen is three miles from town but carries a hard-limited runway, an LDA-only approach and a nightly curfew; Eagle takes larger aircraft with lower minimums and serves the Vail Valley directly; Rifle is the FAA-published 24/7 alternate with no curfew and no noise restrictions. Because one reservation covers all three, the honest answer is: file for the field that suits the aircraft and the day — the ground plan doesn't change.

Do you meet at the FBO itself?

Yes — planeside where the FBO permits it, at the FBO door otherwise. The vehicle is on the ramp side of the trip, not in a public arrivals lane.

Can the same reservation cover different airports on different days?

Yes. Vehicles are set day by day, and arrival and departure can use different fields with no requote.
